Join the Area Agency on Aging of Broward County and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs Broward County Dementia Care & Cure Initiative Task Force as we host a one-day conference specifically for those with Alzheimer's & Dementia-related diseases, caretakers of loved ones afflicted with Alzheimer's & Dementia-related diseases, and professionals working with Alzheimer's & Dementia-related disease patients.
