The Aging & Disability Resource Center is a nonprofit organization serving Broward County's senior residents, age 60 or older. A donation to this organization helps to meet the needs of over 347,000 year-round Broward seniors.

Your donation to the Aging & Disability Resource Center makes a difference! Your dollars help to fund a variety of services for our senior population: senior centers; senior day care services; meals for seniors in senior centers as well as for frail elders at home; Alzheimer's respite; minor home repairs; legal services; transportation to the grocery store and doctor's office; homemaker services; personal care; emergency response; and case management. You can help!.

A civilized society is one that allows its senior population to live their retirement years with dignity and preferably, age in place in their own homes. There is a critical need in our state and county for services to maintain frail elders in their own homes. It often costs more to place a senior in a nursing home than it does to help a senior stay in their own home. You can help seniors avoid premature nursing-home placement.
